Nexus 4, 5.1.1, Kia Soul: Doesn't work well via Bluetooth voice command...

With my phone bluetooth-ed to my car, it will hear me say "OK Google", but will not hear my command. Similarly, the Keep app will not hear my voice when Bluetooth is connected.

Phone calls work fine.

How can I set the apps to use the same microphone as the OK Google detection?

All the app should use the same microphone. There is probably some kind of delay going on with the voice input from the car.
