Nexus 4 clock keeps advancing by one hour

Yesterday was the first time this happened. My phone started showing time ahead by one hour. A simple reboot of the phone corrected it, but now it just happened again today. Anyone else seen this?

Go to Settings -> Date & Time. How are the first two options ("Automatic date & time", "Automatic time zone") configured?

Sometime the clock gets auto set because your carrier has their tower programmed poorly. Mine always things I'm in London. Just set the clock to manual
