Nexus 4 crash on 5.0.1

Just had a crash and the phone wouldn't reboot normally had to go through the power and volume down procedure. Just updated to 5.0.1 this morning....anyone else having the same issue?

Have you tried a factory data reset?

Yeah, my phone has gone totally bonkers since updating earlier today. Cant receive phone calls, can't see screen/contact when making calls, can't using messaging app, can't use Google search.....etc
Is there a way to restore back to 5.0.0?
