Nexus 4 hooked up to car CD deck?

I'm planning on ditching my iPhone 4 and getting myself a Nexus 4 when it's back in stock in the Play Store.

However, I was wondering if the N4 would work for playing music in the car on a CD deck via USB? It's a Pioneer deck and most people use the USB to hook up their iPod's or iPhone's for music... but I don't know much when it comes to Android so would it be the same thing with a Nexus 4... just hook it up via USB and go?

If not I could always just keep my old iPhone 4 in the car as a dedicated music player instead of wasting storage on the N4 lol.

I have a fairly new pioneer receiver with USB, worked great with my iPhone 4 via USB. Unfortunately, the Nexus 4 doesn't work via USB and my Pioneer receiver.

I ended up getting a car dock and just connecting via the Aux jack, works fine and sounds good. I stream music in the car, but if you want to play a lot of stored music your iPhone 4 will come in handy.

I switched from an iPhone 4 and am loving the Nexus 4
