nexus 4 kit kat upgrade photo upload issues

Unable to upload photos directly from phone with kit kat 4.4 upgrade. After following instructions to attach to email and send the message has gone through with photo missing. Do we need to go through all that hassle, what was wrong with uploading directly from phone?

I can't upload photos to craigslist since kit Kat update. I've tried through browser, through app, from different file locations, numerous restarts, but no go.

Trying to upload from phone photo gallery to FB (on same phone). Even though I followed kitkat instructions and attached to email only subject heading was posted but no photo.Someone advised me to email to PC then post on FB.

So what do we do? This cripples me. I havent found a new feature i need. How do I revert back to jellybean?

I think it is the lack of flash (or rather what Google has removed) that is causing the issue with FB. I too noticed that I could no longer post a pic from my phone using the browser. I have always avoided the FB app. I did find an app called Fast (free in the playstore) that worked for me to post pics to FB. I chose that one as it was small and came with no 'extras'. I have even tried the hacked flash and Jetpack but still no joy using the browser for pic uploading.
