Nexus 4 microphone problem

Hi everyone,
My Nexus 4's microphone seems to be not working sometimes, it usually happens after charging my phone. I have to close and reopen my phone to fix it , anyone having same problem?

Having mic related issues as well. What is wrong with it (only records static, doesn't work at all)
