Nexus 4 network question

Hello,
I hope this isn't an already answered question but I'll ask it anyways. I'm not good with networks and I was thinking of buying a Nexus 4 from the UK (I live in Finland). My aunt who lives in the UK would purchase the phone and send it to me but I'm worried that it wouldn't work here because of some weird network restrictions. If anyone is able to crack this unbelievably hard question I'd be really thankful.

it would work on any GSM carriers around the world. thats why its called unlocked. not sure how Finland carrier works but here in US. T-Mobile and ATT are GSM. Verizon and Sprint are CDMA
