Nexus 4, no connection

I recently bought a Nexus 4 device from Google Play store..
I've tried to get LTE and flashed 4.2.1 radio, and my device lost it's connection to the carrier.
I was on CM10.1, 4.2.2.
Flashed to stock ROM, it booted up to setup in a minute or more (it used to be like 15-20 seconds).
Now I can't connect to the carrier, and I can't connect to Wi-Fi too ("Turning Wi-Fi on" forever)
Tried *#06# and it won't show my IMEI (writing "IMEI")
I can't return it to Google because I'm not in the US.
Is there any change to fix it?
Thank's

I cant think of anything else you can do if you have already flashed all the factory images.. Did you make a nandroid by any chance?

Don't panic, yet. Can you be more specific on how you flashed the new/old radios? How did you go about returning the device to stock (adb/fastboot/toolkit). Where did you get the new radio zip? I've been flashing between .33 (released w/ LTE) and .27 (pre-release w/ LTE) trying to see if one's actually better for me over the last few weeks without issue. Nexi are as unbrickable as you can get, mostly because Google releases the factory images. Unfortunately, I've heard radios are one thing you definitely check md5 checksums and anything else you can do to make sure you're flashing a proper zip. I would post in the Verizon Galaxy Nexus roms/hacks section if you don't get much info here.

No
A friend of mine told me to do this:
- Flash stock ROM
- Install radio
- Flash stock ROM
- Total wipe
- Format /system
- CM10.1
I'm kinda desperate so I'd try anything.. Would it help?

This messed all up.
I used fastboot to return device to stock.
I don't actually need LTE... All I want is to get my phone back to normal.

Do a complete factory image restore following my guide in the Rooting section. If that does not get it working... Idk. Could even be as simple as a sim card issue..

I'll try it, and will update after.
UPDATE: Tried it. Still nothing :(
It worked before installing this radio thing.

Just to be clear...you followed 2defmouze's guide (below)....EXACTLY...and "it" did not work? Are you able to boot up the phone? If so, can you go to settings>about phone and take a screenshot of the version/baseband and post it? Also, did you try settings<more<mobile networks<access point names. (what's here?)<menu(3 dots upper right)<restore default APN settings.

Unfortunately, you were very misinformed by your friend. To flash a radio ZIP, you simply wipe cache and dalvik cache, flash radio zip, reboot. The only caveat here is that you needed to be on 4.2.2 to flash the .48 radios (that lose LTE).

Perhaps give this toolkit a shot to return to stock...worth a shot.

Tried all.. And everything appears as "Unknown".
Backed up with TitanumBackup a few hours before the problem began.
Will it help?
UPDATE: Found out that the EFS folder is missing. Any idea how to restore?
UPDATE 2: I feel like an idiot right now haha.. There's no EFS on LG devices. Yet, no baseband and IMEI.

I just encountered the same issue. After flashing the .33 bootloader in an attempt to get LTE enabled on Stock 4.2.2 (I was going to flash .33, set LTE, and then flash .48. I read on XDA that LTE sticks if you do this), my baseband read N/A when I rebooted the bootloader. Same thing: Took forever to boot up, and I feared the worst. When I saw I had no signal, I used the Nexus 4 Toolkit v1.3 to flash the stock 4.2.2 rom. The radio version is back to .48, but the kicker is I lost all my data...

hey, I'm having the same issue with my nexus 4...were you able to solve your issue...if so please be kind to share the solution .
I tried to flash stock ROM but of no avail...and no service at all.
thanks..in advance

I've bought a Nexus 4 while I was in USA for holidays. Everything was fine, updated by OTA to 4.3, and 2 days ago, i turn off the phone, and when I tried to turn it off, it was stucked in the X. Was all factory, not a single flash. Factory reset haven't solved that, so i installed a factory image (4.2.2) and I'm able to use the phone, but the radio doesn't work. IMEI and baseband don't show up. I can't change te phone cause I live in Argentina.
Any ideas ?
