Nexus 4 screen cuts off on the left

Well I dropped the phone. Has happened to me atleast half a dozen times but this time it seems to have caused a screen issue.

The left side of the screen is slightly cut off.. say on a qwerty board i cant see the q or the a or the 1. Is this something that can be solved easily or should I bid goodbye to my Nexus 4??

Otherwise. How do you feel about purchasing the Nexus 5?
