nexus 4 screen orientation

So I've noticed after changing and messing around with wallpapers that each time you change from portrait to landscape and Vic a versa the screen gets all walked out. Its not fluid at all as the pic shifts a few times till finally setting in correctly. Thought it was the launcher so I went to stock and the problem persisted. By the way I am rooted running AOKP. Anyone have this issue and is there a fix?
