nexus 4 sound problem

I have a problem with the sound on my nexus 4. It's playing through headphones even if there are no headphones connected. So sound is not being played through speakers. It might be a problem with the headphone input.
Can anyone help me?

Have you tried running a qtip in the hole? You might have a piece of lint stuck in there.
