Nexus 4 touch screen did not respond

Hello,

I have Nexus 4, very good phone, but...
Unfortunately I dropped down to the floor my phone and phone display crashed.
I changed the display (including touchscreen), after that phone touchscreen is working, but after phone coding the touchscreen did not respond.
Phone has problems with touch when phone is charging - at the bottom of the phone (where charger is connected) - touch do not work well.

Is anybody had the same issue and can help.
