Nexus 4 - Vibrate on Call Connected

Hi, anyone knew the app that could set Nexus 4 to briefly vibrate once the call was answered after dialing?
I tried several app (Extra Phone Settings, VibrateCall, etc) but nothing is working.

Seems like there is no update, so how about modifying ROM to do this? (Phone.apk) Anyone could help?
