Nexus 4 White Line Animation

I recently got a nexus 4 everything is fine but wen i turn the screen off i get a white line now i have gone into the developer options n turned all animations off but i still get it
Is the norm for nexus 4 or is there another way u can turn it off
Any help appreciated

Yeah, it's normal. Not sure of a way to turn it off on stock, though.

If you are talking about the crt animation, you dont have to root. All you have to do is turn the animations off and reboot the phone.
