Nexus 5 camera lens replacement

Hi,
My rear camera lens are scratched and I bought new lens from eBay, but I don't know how to replace the scratched camera lens and put on the new lens, all the videos on YouTube guide how to replace all the camera and not only the lens.
Please help me figure this out.

Looks like the edge is folded in all the way round. Have you considered removing the back and popping the glass out from the inside?

I don't think you'll be able to replace that cover without disassembling things.

I assumed you meant the cover glass rather than the lens itself. It was to the cover glass that I was referring.

In the site you have sent there is no guide on how to replace the lens.
If you open eBay and type- Back Camera Lens Cover Frame Holder Ring For LG Google Nexus 5 LG D820 D821
You will see exactly what I want to replace.
Please help me figure out how to do it.

I see. Well that seems to have the lens cover glass on it, so if you remove the back, that part will presumably be held to the main body of the phone by screws.

The thing I want to replace is the glass because it is scratched. Isn't the process more simplified?
