Nexus 5 Google Music App question

Question about the stock 4.4 music player.

All my albums have their own artwork but I notice there is another grey area up at the top that (in videos on YouTube) has images in them but not on my phone. What am I missing? Call me OCD



See what I mean? Where the headphones are up at the very top?

It shows the grey area with headphones because there is no picture that it associates with the album due to it including several artists. This will also happen when the music player doesn't have another artist picture to show. It will usually show a picture of the album artist in that area. I just use Apollo since I'm not a big fan of Google music player.

I'm assuming that it grabs this stuff off the web which means we Canadians won't get any images there due to the fact that Google Music (the online portion) doesn't work for us... yet.
