NEXUS 5 isn't connect with BBDD, neither read QR codes.

I have a app which connected to a ERP (SAP) to login the users, on other mobiles phones, the connection to SAP it works,but not at Nexus 5, also the app has the function of using the camera to scan QR codes, but the LG camera of Nexus 5 don't works the app is locked, someone know how to solve these problems of Nexus 5.
