I didn't see this already posted here or anywhere so I thought I should share. I noticed it this morning. On my Nexus 5, the screen indicator dots above the dock now have a little + symbol all the way on the right. And you are able to go all of the way over to a blank home screen on the right. I have attached screenshots showing it.

Update: Now I have restarted my phone and it is gone.

That's weird. I don't use the stock launcher anymore (I use Action Launcher Pro) but as I remember, that little plus symbol only used to appear when you were dragging widgets, right?

I think that's a graphical error. The + shows up when moving apps or widgets to a new home screen. However, I seen that icon stick when flipping through screens. It goes away win reboot or sometimes just in its own.

For me, I think the plus went away when dragging a new icon onto the last blank page, then moving it back to a previous page.

From time to time, I'm having the same issue. Pretty strange bug, I have no idea what causes it.
The only way I'm able to make the blank screen disappear without rebooting, is by adding an icon to that screen and afterwards moving the icon back to another screen.

The launcher has a bug that adds a blank page when you uninstall an app by dragging it in the app tray.
