No. Android version 4.4.4 is KitKat. When that changes to 5 (point anything, including 5.0), you'll be on Lollipop.

BTW, your phone is currently rootable. Once you update to Lollipop it may not be. I don't know if that matters to you. It doesn't to most people.

Tap on system update, then tap check now. There should be an update avaliable.

I did and nothing lol I live in Canada what's the point in a Google phone if can't even get newest update haha

Google is really slow with the updating process. A big fail for such a big company if you ask me.

Ditto look at apple updating like a billion devices on one day around the world and google can't even update all their nexus devices in one go because of people saying it might hurt their servers? I don't believe that

I dont know if there "slow" but it seems that every OS since 4.4.3 has had some adverse impact on one or more devices that received the update requiring them to patch the update in order to make it compliant. trial and error...

Apple also has a habit of shipping with large-scale catastrophic bugs, whereas Google catches the worst ones in the 1% release

Yeah I guess but it sucks how many nexus devices are still waiting and the reason I got a nexus device was to get the updates ahead of the rest
