Before someone who knows the thing answers, I can tell you that I have flashed franco kernel, and it seems working. Color management works great... But I'm just a brave noob ti might want to wait for expert to answer this...
Do you have any LCD bleedish light on black background?

Yes, you can use Franco kernel with Paranoid Android (PA) and any other ROM built from AOSP sources. The kernel is not compatible with CM or ROMs built from CM sources.

I have not gone in and changed the color settings. Though, have played around with different per-app configurations to see what works the best and extends battery life for me. Something to consider if you haven't already don't that.
