Nexus 5 - Problems with camera focus, especially in zoom. How can I fix them?

Nexus 5 - Problems with camera focus, especially in zoom

Since upgrading my Nexus 5 to Marshmallow, the camera takes a long time to focus, especially when I try to zoom in. Sometimes it repeatedly goes in and out of focus, and I never know when taking the picture whether it will be in focus or not - usually not! Makes it hard to photograph children...
Any suggestions?

I've noticed that too, do you use HDR? I get clearer , more crisp pictures with HDR

HDR doesn’t help with focusing though.

I've been thinking the same thing though...focus seems a bit dodgy.
