Nexus 5 turned off with full battery

Hi, today for the first time my n5, almost fully charged (95%) turned off and I was jot able to turn it on again for two hours. Then it turned on simply.

Anyone has experienced something like this? Please don't make it be hardware.

I'm on rooted 5.1.1 and Franco kernel, if that's any help

Check the battery stats in Settings/General/Battery. Tap the graph to get to the next page. Look for a vertical drop from 95% to 0. If you see that, the battery is defective. (See Lithium Battery Dendrite links to learn what's wrong with it.)

nope, no drop.
and when it turned on again it was back to 95% anyway....
