I recently rooted and unrooted my phone but now I can't install or update the latest android updates please help I keep getting this message system bin deburggered has unexpected contents

You need to restore the device using the factory image from Google. Otherwise, if you are rooted, then flash a rooted version of the current update (available on XDA). Below is the factory image for reference.
