I'm currently working abroad, using a Samsung Note 3. My gig is nearly finished, and I'll get rid of the Note 3.

I'll be traveling internationally for a while, then eventually in the US for a bit. Would the Nexus 5X H791 global edition be a good choice for US and intl use? I'd use it on T-mobile in the US, but I'm worried about it's lack of bands. "The H791 model uses most of the same bands, but removes support for LTE band 12, 13, and 25." I think T-Mobile operates its 700Mhz on Band 12.

Is there any feedback using the H791 on US T-Mobile network? thanks

I bought a Nexus5x from a dealer in NY and it was the international model. I live in Mexico and our cellphone systems are compatible with the U.S. I took the phone to Telcel, my carrier, and they said it would be fully functional and have no problems. It's worked fine now for three months. One problem. The charger was for European and Middle Eastern wall plugs. I had to find an adapter before I could charge the phone.

I like my Nexus 5x a lot.
