Nexus 5X Videos and Photos

Hi,

I read on Drippler recently that when you're recording a video if you tap the screen you can take a still.

I've tried it countless times but can't get my Nexus 5X to do it.

Anyone tried this? Anyone pulled it off? I can't see anywhere in the settings that you have to turn this on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Take a photo while recording a video
Note: This feature isn't available on all devices.

In Google Camera, swipe from left to right, then touch Video.
To start recording, touch the Video video camera.
To take a photo, touch anywhere on the screen. The video will keep recording.
To stop recording, touch the Stop Stop.
To view your videos and photos, swipe from right to left on the screen.​

Tried on my 5X. No joy.
