One thing to think about is that it doesn't have a warranty. Is it worth it to save $50 and not have a 1 year warranty? This is a rhetorical question...

It probably does. Qualitycellz just doesn't guarantee it. I bet if you get it and contact Motorola, they will validate the S/N and off you go with a warranty.

They say on all of their listings that they ship the same day. In a private message on eBay, they told me they ship within 3 business days.

If they lie about things like this, it makes me wonder what else they lie about. Clear case of making their listing sound better than what it is to get customers. Very unethical.

Their time from order to when it ships is very slow, nothing new here. I guess their warehouse is a nightmare with like 100k packages sitting on the dock every day. Cheap though.

I always check their eBay store before buying anything. Their prices smoke anything, anywhere and I've been thrilled with every purchase, even "refurb" products (look and function brand new in my experience). If you don't need it RIGHT NOW, they are really the only vendor I consider.
