Nexus 6 is Live on Motorola's Website

It looks like if you apply for a Motorola credit account, you can get a 64 GB Nexus 6 for $58.33 per month for 12 months. I guess if you have good credit, this would be very tempting.

I thought it was 18 months due to it being over a certain amount?

I ordered a 32gb white on 11/06 with an estimated delivery of 12/02. Yesterday my card was charged for the phone.

My charge on 11/06 was $702 and some change but on my official charge through my credit card it was only $673 and some change.

With my card being charged does that mean the phone will be shipped soon? I believe I read on Motorola's web site that they do not charge until they ship. I just checked my order status and it says not shipped yet.

Anyone else in the same boat as me with their card being charged and a lower price?

Usually yes that means it's been processed and is ready for shipment.... I bought mine from Motorola on 11/06... 64 GB Blue.... Mine had/has an estimated delivery date of 11/19.. I just checked my credit card online and the charge finalized on 11/8 for me as well...

My final charge amount was the exact same amount though...

Hopefully they are boxed up and will get tracking #'s today or by tomorrow..... I know Motorola said they use FedEx ground for free shipping and they said the devices ship from Fort Worth, Texas....
 
I keep checking on Motorola site everyday and still "out of stock" This is annoying that we can't at least preorder a phone..I don't mind if I have to wait 3 -4 weeks but at least let people preorder a phone..

This Wednesday beginning around 12pm central time will be your best chance of snagging one off the Playstore. there is a chance Moto's stock will be replenish as well

Completely agree. Take the orders and process them as they become available.

Probably limited supply..... I'd download and run the chrome page monitor and go into the settings and set it to run/check every 5 seconds if you want to TRY and get one from the play store.... More than likely they will go on sale around 11 am - Noon central time if history from October 29 and November 5 hold true..... but even with page monitor you have to be quick to get one....

Moto chat sux balls. I just started a chat with a rep on their site and all the chick would say to when's the next availability (ie. tomorrow or anytime this week), "We have no idea. We check the website for availability just like you.". WTF kind of answer is that?!? YOU OWN THE WEBSITE!!!!!!!!! Lmao... You work for the company and have to keep checking your OWN website for updates? C'mon man... disgraceful
 
you're not familiar with how customer service operations work, then. This is commonplace - I wouldn't get bent out of shape quite yet. Those people are trying to get paychecks, make it through school or otherwise survive the day. Enthusiasts like us must make their day a living hell.

LOL!!! I just checked status of my order with Motorola and they told me they do NOT ship from Texas.. Some people had mistaken it and the Moto X ships from Texas but the Nexus 6 will be shipped directly the factory in CHINA!!!! Said my card was charged over the weekend because it was currently being prepared for shipment... They ship international economy with FedEx so it will ship around 11/12 or 11/13 with delivery no later than 11/19.......

EDIT: It's already 5 am November 12 in China.... so who knows exactly when they will ship.. If it is shipping from China I'd expect to get the "Shipped" email late tonight or early tomorrow morning....

I ordered from Motorola on the 6th as well. My card was charged last night. I have the same estimated delivery date of Dec 2nd. I called customer service this morning and they told me that it was normal for them to go ahead and take their money and that my delivery date was still Dec 2nd. Never done business with a company that charges that far in advance. Take all this with a grain of salt though. It seems like he was just reading off the order page that we can access.

If they are indeed as I was just told shipping international economy from China charging you on 11/10 or 11/11 and not getting it for two weeks might not be charging you all that early.... International economy from China is probably a 7 - 10 day shipping process... Although they told me mine was due to ship tomorrow or Thursday with a delivery date of no later than 11/19.....
 
I spoke to chat yesterday and they said shipping from Fort Worth on the 13th

they told me that last week.. I just decided to ask and they told me some reps were confusing it with the Moto X which does ship from Fort Worth.... Said the Nexus 6 actually ships directly from China... I'd love it to be from Fort Worth because I am in Dallas.... but since my card got dinged for the final charge over the weekend I decided to ask....

As with everything... Take it with a grain of salt.. I asked twice "Are you sure China? they told me last week Texas" and they responded that was the Moto X...

The poor little girl I spoke to from Motorola yesterday sounded like my 13 year old niece. I could hear a man in the background telling her what to say so I don't know if she was in training, or that is standard operating procedures...lol Bless her heart, she was of no help....
