Nexus 6 or oneplus one

I guess midrange was a bit of a stretch. I mean they really got the hype machine going for a phone that isn't top of the line. With how much the N6 is going for the OPO is a good deal.

It was top of the line when they started hyping it...... I would have given them money like 5+ months ago when they first "Released" it.....

I have been watching the 1+1 for a while now, and I am appreciating my decision to keep my Nexus 5 instead of getting a 1+1 more and more. The 1+1 is just not that much more advanced, lacks wireless charging, and compared to the Nexus 6, the 1+1 sounds like a bad joke. Just my 2 cents.

Having had both, the 1+1 is one of the only devices I have used that is faster and smoother than the Nexus 5. It has a better screen, reception, speaker, camera, ability to customize, 64GB storage and about twice the battery life! Oh and Cheaper too. Sold mine for more than I paid for it which you cannot say for many devices. Having said all that, I still have my Nexus 5 and am intrigued by the Nexus 6.

So... if it is a better experience as you say, why did you sell the 1+1?

As for the screen, the Nexus 5 actually comes in at a higher PPI (443 vs. 401 for the OnePlus), though the 1+ has a larger display. I don't know that being larger makes it "better." Reception is hardly ever an issue with me, even less so now that Google Hangouts is my calls and texting hub which is just as fly over Wifi as over a cellular data connection. The price was attractive about the 1+1, but the availability nightmare, for me, made even that price not worth it, regardless of resale value. That leaves battery life. Well, I will say the N5 has some shortcomings when it comes to this, but being able to just lay it down on the charger (wireless charging) totally makes up for it!

I sold it because I was waiting for the moto X 2014 to come out, which I preordered, received and have returned. Also I was able to offer a completely mint OPO at a bit of a profit.

I also love my Nexus 5 which I am using SIM less because it is great to use on the forums. Just offering my opinion on the OPO. For the 364 (with shipping) for 64GB and top notch specs (and a few bugs) it was a great value. Probably among the best I have owned, value wise.

Kinda look forward to their oneplus 2!

So I finally got an invite for oneplus one and it expires this afternoon. I'm on the fence. Also because I'm in Canada I'm gonna have to pay the crazy duty fees

I would say nexus 6. The one plus has a lot of issues (screen coloring, etc) and not to mention who knows how long they will continue supporting it. That and CM seems to be buggier than stock android.
