I justed installed the preview on my N6. I'll try to answer any questions.

I'm using verizon and currently have no issues. I'll update this post with any issues or surprises.

How long did it take for the first boot? Im thinking something went wrong on my Nexus 5. Its been about 10 minutes of the spinning colored dots.

Ooops. Forgot to flash the boot.img. I knew that I should have had a beer first to get my brain going.

I used Wugs Toolkit and took less than 90 secs to reboot from a fresh install.

How is the connection to voice and data working with Verizon's network

So far connection seems to be similar to same as stock 5.1. I had some bluetooth errors of commands from my alpine dash, but that I believe could be worked out.

Is your camera app taking forever to open like mine? I even did a factory reset before I started using it, and the camera seems to be dog slow. Once open, it's fairly speedy, though.

I found that mine was lagging too. I changed all animation settings to .5 and now it's blazing fast
