Nexus 6 Screen digitizer going crazy

My new-to-me Nexus 6 suddenly goes nokers. The digitzer is green, bouncy, and moving. I can see the app icons behind the weirdness. Notificatiins are also working. What coukd this be? And where can I go to get ut fixed?

This is very weird, I have a feeling not many people have the same issue so I'm going to go ahead and guess.

The best bet would be to send the phone to Motorola and get the screen replaced. You can also replace the phone (if you still have the warranty) with the vendor you bought the phone from. Your third option would be to replace the screen yourself, but if you don't know what you're doing that can lead to damage to the phone
