Nope! Not at all. I had a case on it and removed it and put a skin on the back. The phone feels great, has a wonderful screen ratio and is thin. Once you have a larger sized phone you get very comfortable with it quickly. I particularly enjoy not making those typing mistakes!!

Ugh, the typing mistakes. Precisely my reasoning.

Totally know where your coming from: Was in the camp of anything bigger than ~5 in. was a no-go.
After using the LARGE Lumia 1520, [plus getting used to it], the Nexus 6 is a very good size.
Currently waiting on a leather "book like" case/wallet which will make my Nexus even bigger.
Combining the utility of both phone + wallet gives me some respite by increasing functionality.
ps-The Nexus 6 is a great phone.

Yup Nexus 6 has spoiled me. I will never go to a smaller phone again.

The shape of the N6 is so perfect for me. It has curves in the right place and the fact that it's so thin make it less noticeable in my pockets than many phones that are smaller. Great design.

Depends on the case. My StilGut case adds relatively little bulk or heft to the phone, no more than most bumpers. I think it also makes the phone easier to hold and manipulate: except for taking pictutres; then the front flap can be a PITA.

Agreed, flap does get in the way. Have a plastic (< $10) wallet on the Nexus now. It's falling apart, afraid to use it.
Real leather "oils" my screen frequently on the Lumia 1520 [My Nexus 6 version hasn't been delivered yet.]
Should arrive by Tuesday.
The added convenience associated with combined use makes for a reasonable trade-off.

I don't have big hands but I like big phones. I had iPhone 6 Plus before but wasn't comfortable for me to typing and hold it in the hands. But Nexus 6 is I believe same size as iPhone 6 Plus, but is more better to hold it and use it even if you dont have case. No slippery. Im happy with this what Motorola does. Best design for phone.

After I finally dialed in my iOttie Qi car charger, totally happy with the N6 size. Had Note 4 and GS6, before and quite glad to back on a phablet. Spigen's slim armor isn't too bad for me and I'm a fan of the kickstand for flights in the cattle car.

I'm 6 ft pretty big hands for my size. I came from a droid turbo and instantly adjusted to the screen size. I can use it one handed for most things but for texting often end up using swype.
