LOL! One of the reasons I ended up ditching the iPhone 6. The two OS are just not even in the same league at the moment, and Android L will end up destroying anything Apple comes up with for years.

Bull****. What do you want to do on iOS that you can't? Change icons? Change launchers? Honestly iOS is amazing and due to your bias you are neglecting that little truth.

Having extensive experience with both OSes I can say that iOS 8 does lag behind lollipop in quite a few areas.
App extensions will never be as good as sharing intents
The lack of app defaults on iOS is noticeable.
Third party keyboards are treated as second class citizens. They have limited functionality compared to Android.
Now for the performance difference:
There isn't one.
Fluidity and smoothness is equal.
App crashes are the same if not better on lollipop. There will be growing pains as apps get updated, but iOS goes through that as well.
I would suggest spending quality time with both before showing your obvious bias.

Third party sharing- Maybe because iOS developers haven't updated apps yet? The ones that are updated function similar enough to Android for me.
Also I find the app extensibility pretty nifty, I don't understand why Androids implementation is better but again, I just mostly use stock apps on either device.
I have no bias, you seem to have made up claims that you thought a typical Apple fanboy would say, which I am not.
EDIT: Trust me, my point was just that immediately dismissing iOS because "MOAR FEATUREZ" is pretty idiotic considering Continuity and Handoffs is rather unique, I prefer the iOS implementation of widgets personally and FOR ME, iOS works well and when someone just makes a statement with no supporting followup then it kinda annoys me and makes me feel they are just biased.

I know, thats what I meant when I said "open multitasking". I just think its easier to press a back button twice and be back to what I was doing.

If you have no use for the main customization features of Android and prefer IOS and the importance of those few apps, then why do you need our justification for the Nexus?
If you want a iPhone buy one and be done with it....
Personally... I haven't a need to root and run custom roms just yet, but can't stand using stock icons or a single dock. I refuse to be limited to a specific single music and video player either.
Being limited to on board storage is another reason for my own personal distaste against both phone choices of yours regardless of the size of the device.
But one of the big things I have against any iPhone is their usual lack of getting the best reception with them and I have heard from several friends who jumped on them recently still persists with both of them.... YMMV of course but is what I was told and seen myself with the 2 I looked at in the store.
Loosing the freedom of being able to switch between different radios without having to return the device is to me worth keeping the Android phone alone if nothing else. Loosing the rest of the advantages is not something I would like either. Wither you ever want to, you are the one that must give up on your options.
To me there is a very good saying and it goes like this....
It's better to have it and never need it than to need it and not have it...

Possibly the top reason that I won`t go iOS is this....no back button just means that you`re going around in circles,app..home screen/ app/ home screen.....no back button,no way.

That's not a system wide gesture. There are apps that I've come across where this doesn't work.
When it does work (which in my experience is more of the time) it's nice.

The reason the back button has always been awesome on Android is that it is intrinsic to the OS itself...you do not have to rely on DEV support for it to work. It's there all the time, like the ESC key is on the Desktop.

How is it unpredictable? Mine is 100% predictable. I always know exactly what is going to happen if I hit the back button. So much so that I am confident hitting it multiple times. I know which screen I will end up on when doing that.

Iphone 6 plus vs Nexus 6 , nexus 6 have better OS, better hardware and have more screen in less size. nexus 6 is cheaper and strongest than Iphone 6+.

The chart is not entirely correct. Neither iPhone has real NFC...they have a crippled version that only works with Apple Pay.

I'll have 3 tabs open in Chrome, sometimes it will close a tab sometimes it closes the app and sometimes it goes to the last page. I must be doing something wrong...
