Should I go for the upgrade that Motorola and Google are offering, or should I just wait?

I just bought the N6 from the Google store. Should be here tomorrow.
Paid $549 for the 64GB one.
I figured it was a pretty good deal.
I was considering a Note4, but I got tired of waiting for it to drop in price.
$699 was more than I wanted to spend.
Also, I'm hoping the clean OS of the Nexus will be a refreshing change.

I got my Nexus 6 as a replacement for a perma-boot-loop Nexus 5 (could not even get to recovery, would restart before). I have been very happy so far, but I have had to get used to the larger beautiful display... And holding it

What do you have now?

I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S5. I've been thinking of switching for a while, but the steep price was making me think again for it.
