AC Question

My phone suddenly ran down to 0% from 15% and turned off. Since restarting I have lost all my paired devices and none of these devices can now be seen by the phone.
I have restarted all devices and phone numerous times, no luck, only pairable devices are others that I had never paired with before.
Last phone update was a week prior to this.
Any suggestions.

You can try Settings -> Apps -> Hamburger menu (the three dots in the upper right corner) -> Show system; scroll down the list until you find 'Bluetooth share'; select it, then Storage -> CLEAR DATA (also CLEAR CACHE if it isn't greyed out); go back one screen and FORCE STOP.

Then restart the phone.

I was never able to fix this issue when I had the 6P. Factory reset and even a refurb device from google didn't fix the issue. I ended up doing another factory reset but then month or so later, I picked up another device.
