Nexus 6p camera issue rma options?

Does anybody know huawei rma policy regarding phones purchased through third party? I've had my device for s few weeks it's working refectory just the camera doesn't seem to want to focus. Motorola rma process was a breeze with the nexus 6 and didn't require order numbers or anything. It was all tied to the devices imei. Is it similar with huawei?

The only advice I can give is for you to call them. They don't have the best customer service, but it's not the worst either.

Don't we have one year manufacturer warranty regardless of where we bought it. Call them, tell them the issue and see what happens

Thanks. I'll give it a shot and call them. It was so easy and seamless to rma through Motorola. I am hoping it will be the same with huawei.
