Android Central Question

My Nexus 6P shuts down early, while still having 80% to 90% battery left and it doesn't start up unless I connect it to the charger.

Ive tried several things, like clearing the cache, doing factory resets but nothing works. I contacted the manufacturer and they refused to fix or replace the phone because it's over one year warranty.

My qlink phone has a Sprint SIM card. And I need the PUK code for it how do I get it

I have a qlink phone. It's a hot chili Android with a SPRINT SIM card with QLINK SERVICE.
I NEED TO UNLOCK THE SIM CARD, HOW DO I GET THE PUK CODE?
FROM SPRINT OR QLINK?

Re: My qlink phone has a Sprint SIM card. And I need the PUK code for it how do I get it

The PUK code is for the SIM card - go to Sprint...

The PUK code unlocks the inability to put in the unlock code, but you still need the unlock code. Since you're a customer of QLink's (Sprint's customer of record is QLink, not you), and I'm pretty sure that QLink doesn't allow unlocking unless the phone is already unlocked when they get it, the PUK won't do you any good. The phone will still be locked to Sprint. (And unless it's a newer phone, the only other carrier it may work on is Verizon, and they don't accept Sprint phones, unlocking it serves no purpose.)
