Nexus 6P Incoming Calls Ring on Windows 10 Desktop

I activated my Nexus 6P on Project Fi last week. I used my Windows 10 desktop to port some files. Now I am getting my incoming call notifications on my Windows 10 Desktop. How can I turn them off?

do you have chrome and hangouts extension installed?? go to hangouts settings on your desktop and uncheck "Ring on incoming phone calls"
