Nexus 6p laggy

Hi guys, I bought my nexus 6P from jbhifi Australia, and the first month was fine but now it's gotten extremely laggy. The camera takes soo long to open and sometimes crashes, I've missed heaps of shots with it, the keyboard takes about 10 seconds to come up and scrolling is choppy. I've used iPhones and Microsoft and neither of them were as laggy as these, they were 2-4 year phones

I would suggest a return / exchange. I have had this phone since release and have none of the issues you have described.

Do you think they'll exchange it cause of lag?

I would at least try and wipe your cache partition in recovery and if that doesn't work maybe a factory reset.

All the above, plus check to be sure its not an app or two constantly running in the background or eating up memory. Apps with memory leaks will make short work of even the beefiest phones.
