Nexus 6p Official Case

Has anybody here tried the official Google "carbon" case for the Nexus 6p? I'm thinking of getting one for my graphite 6p but not sure its worth the money.

I don't have an answer, but you might be interested to know that the (supposedly) official 6P case is being sold on eBay for around $12-13 with free shipping, significantly cheaper than the $35 on the Google Store. The caveats are that they're shipped direct from China (so it'll take a while to ship), and there's no definite guarantee that these are 100% authentic.

I have one in carbon, still in the package. I figured it was an "official" case, so there had to be something to it. Nope, not worth $35. It's yours if you want it. For a nominal fee of course...

Haha funny you say that I just seen them on eBay about an hour ago myself, I might take the risk for $12 free shipping (I live in Ireland, we barely ever get offered free shipping for anything). If I do get it I will be sure to let you know how it turns out.

I have tried it in the gray color. Unfortunately the gray started to discolor. . . I love the micro fiber cloth on the back. Go with the Black and you should be go.

Cool good to know, I ordered one online for €12 free shipping off eBay, not sure how legit it actually is for that price, if its even the official case its advertised as. Its coming from China so could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Has anybody tried the case with a tempered glass screen protector? I have a feeling the beveled edges could interfere with my screen saver but not sure really as the screen protector dosent quite stretch to edge of the display.

I ordered one on 1/16 and the estimated delivery date is 2/14 via "China Post". Might be a bit of a wait.

I own an official case is gray and a spigen thin case. The official case is just wide enough that it makes the phone too awkward to hold in one hand. Also the case just had a dirtyish look after two weeks.

I would love to use the phone bare, but it is just too slippery

Just received my case today (took about 3 weeks!) definitely worth the wait though, 99% sure it is the legit official case, seems very high quality, absolutely love it so I would recommend buying from the same seller on eBay for €12 or whatever it was

I ordered from the same eBay listing and somehow my item was undeliverable because they failed to put my full address on my package. I've contacted them several times and they barely speak english. Ugh.

after using this case for a couple of months and surviving a couple of falls, i can def recommend this case

For what it's worth, I got the official one from Google, and the photos here are identical, packaging and all. This one from China certainly looks legit.

I'm a bit torn about how much I like it though. I like the felt back, but I do find it just a bit too big, and it also doesn't fit into a leather holster I got for the 6P comfortably. It makes the phone just slightly too big.
