Nexus 6p stuck at no command

Hi sorry if this has been covered already had a look and couldn't see anything.

I have a nexus 6p and the other day the up volume button got stuck down but wasn't an issue but my phone died and when I restart it it opens in 'nwqo command' because the phone thinks I'm holding power and up volume.

I have tried holding power and down but this takes me to another similar screen but the down volume button does nothing I presume because the up volume button is stuck?

Is there anyway around this? I was quoted £175 to get this fixed in carphone warehouse considering I paid £200 for phone seems ridiculous.

Well, if the Volume Up button is still stuck that's the first thing you need to address.

It is possible to use the phone without a functional Volume rocker (I'm sure you could find an app that would let you control the volume through alternate means) so if you pried it off (not that I'M suggesting that!) then you'd at least have a working phone. YMMV.
