Nexus 6p Turbocharging problem

Hi All

I bought a nexus 6p this february.
Of late I am facing a strange issue.

My nexus 6p is not getting charged by the turbo charger. But the same turbo charger is able to charge other type-c devices like one plus 2, other nexus 6p, etc.

Also my nexus 6p is able to charge on one plus 2 charger , one plus 2 usb cable and also my own type-C USB cable is able to charge my nexus 6p.

Can somebody explain the anomaly. The adapter has been replaced once by the company.
