Nexus 7 (2013) Software 4.3

Hello I was wondering if I can update my Nexus 7 (2013) from 4.3 to the newest firmware and stay Rooted? Or do I have to update and re-root afterwards?

Yes normally you have to re root afterwards which isn't a big deal really. Nexus is very simple. You may also have to push the stock recovery back to the device to properly take the OTA without failing.
