nexus 7 backwards screen after developer settings

I was using a few developer settings and when I used flash when screen changes tool the screen flashed purple on touch(normal) and fliped I tried a ton of stuff to fix none worked so I just reset the thing but why did this happen in the first place???

What's the "flash when screen changes" tool? I don't see that in the Developer Settings.

And is the screen reversed now? If so, you might have "Force RTL layout direction" checked (RTL means Right To Left).
