Nexus 7 battery

when charging the Nexus 7, should you let it run out of battery completely, or it does?t matter if it still has charge.

Read a lot threads that talk about not letting the battery go down to zero because people have had problems getting the N7 to turn back on.

I usually charge when I get to 30-40%.
