Can someone help me please. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and my phone keep on giving me a pop-up saying that my play store isn't responding also one that says that my process system isn't responding... what to do????

It's been 3 days. Play store won't connect. It says no Internet connection while I can browse and all. Any help?

If none of the other recommendations here work, confirm that your date and time settings are correct. Sometimes, like after a battery drain, the date and time settings change to January 2004. When this happens, the Play Store (and other apps, like YouTube) won't work.

Hi, if you can find settings, scroll until you see either Apps, or App Manager, or Manage Apps. Then, tap the 3 dots and reset app preferences. Huawei is a decent brand.

Go on the home page and remove the app then press the The square with all the little boxes where you can see all your apps and widgets and add it again and it should work

on my note 2 always when my playstore not working im using root explorer and in folder etc im removing file called hosts and its done playstore working fine again but you must be rooted.

Please give more details. Phone brand and model, Android version, rooted or unrooted? What exactly is happening?

I have been experiencing the same thing on a Nexus 7 (2012) and Moto X, both rooted, both running KitKat 4.4.2. Updates are not affected for the most part, however.

The fix that always works for me is to search for something--anything. Then all the normal functions return.

1. Reset app preferences. (This means enabling download if it is disabled somehow)
2. Clear data from app settings of google play.
3. See if data download limit has been reached or warned.
4. Check if timezone is correct.
5. If on a custom rom, try flashing gapps again.

Guys I want to put all my stuff into SD card instead of putting on the phone but I couldn't can you help?

There is an app called ASTRO file manager, I don't know if all android devices get this app, but this app allows you to access/view files in things like HTML viewer and such, it also allows you to move one file/folder to another storage area by:tap and holding the file you want, select copy or move, then back out a few tabs, go into another storage are and just paste the file/folder there.
If that doesn't work try getting an app called :clean master - free optimiser
That app upon getting new apps gives you the choice of moving the napp you just got automatically to your SD card to save space for your phone....
