Nexus 7 Screen COMPLETELY unresponsive!

My N7 is unlocked/ rooted, running 4.2.2, and I already did factory reset/data wipe to fix issue. No luck.

Turned my tablet on this morning, but can't enter encryption password because the screen is completely unresponsive to touch. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? Please help!!!
