I have uploaded some music via my user. The same is not visible in my wife's user on my nexus 7 2012.

Can someone faced this problem?

I'm assuming you're using the Google Play Music app on both devices and that you uploaded some music to Google's cloud music service using your gmail account.

1. Start the Play Music app on your wife's tablet.
2. Tap the menu bar at the upper right of the app and choose "Settings".
3. Tap "Google Account" and then tap the "Add Account" button.
4. Tap the "Existing" button and fill in your email and password, then tap the right-arrow icon.

I only have one gmail account so couldn't really test beyond this point, but I expect the rest of the process should be pretty straightforward.

Thanks for info. Seems some miscommunication from my side.
1. There are no two devices involved. Just one nexus 7. I have some songs updated on my user, which I would like to use in my wife's account.
2. No I haven't uploaded on cloud.

I followed your step but no luck.

Get a file browser and move the songs to a folder on the root of the sd card... you should both be able to see them from there.

No luck. When I keep in Device/sdcard/mymusic..... It's not accessible from other user.

As suggested I tried keeping in Device/root or device/ not able to move folder at this location.... Failed to create folder.

PS: I am using a ES file Explorer.

My understanding about multiple user profiles is that each profile has its own folder hierarchy that is not shared with other user profiles. You could transfer the music to each user profile from your computer, but I think that would double the storage taken up by the music on the tablet. You might consider uploading your music to something like Box. Each user could then have Box installed on their profile, and log in with the same username.
