Android Central Question

I have some lovely songs on my Nexus 7 tablet ( not from Google or iTunes etc) and want to transfer them onto my MP3 player for out and about .
Is this possible? Or do I have to mess with windows PC which is so difficult for me

If you can cable them together it might be possible but an interface and file manager is going to be needed. I believe the easiest way, provided the file types are compatible, would be a PC. Then it would just be a matter of connecting them to the PC and dragging and dropping them either onto one of the devices or on to the PC then onto the device. If file conversion is needed you'll need to convert the files, which is probably easier on a PC.

Welcome to Android Central! You could also upload the music tracks to your Google Drive on the Nexus 7, then download those tracks to your computer from your Google Drive website. Then transfer the files to the MP3 player in whatever way you typically do so from a PC.
