I am hoping someone can help please!
My phones memory was almost full and my son decided to download a game. My phone turned it self off and since I can't turn it back on. My power button has been broken for a while so can't restart it this way. When I plug my charger in then a red circle with a bolt sign comes up and then goes away 5 seconds later. I have tried connecting the phone to my laptop via the lead but the laptop is not picking up phone.
I want to be able to get all my data exported but I can't.
What are my options? If I change the battery would that resolve it or is it a software issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
