Hi,
I recently bought a nexus 7 running android 4.1.2, and have not rooted it or anything like that. When i try to update to 4.2 (OTA), it fails app. 1/3 into the process. After that a dead android lying on its back is displayed. Is there a way I can see any error message? Is there an error log or something?
The funny thing is, that this is not actually the first N7 that i have this problem with. I returned the first one i had, which had this same exact problem as well. I returned it as the touch interface stopped working (even after about 15 hard resets), and not due to the OTA update failing.
I would much appreciate any help.
